This role is based in a professional, customer-focused office environment with supportive leadership and cross-training opportunities across multiple districts. Job Highlights
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and efficiently
Make outbound calls for collections, follow-ups, and account updates
Process payments, deposits, billing inquiries, and collection activity
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
Support dispatch and customer communication during peak activity
Assist with outreach projects and data clean-up during slower periods
Requirements
Previous customer service, call center, clerical, or accounting-related experience
Comfortable making outbound calls for collections and follow-ups
Ability to manage multiple tasks during both busy and slow periods
Basic clerical or accounting skills (payments, deposits, record keeping)
Reliable attendance and consistent work performance
Willingness to be cross-trained and assist multiple districts
Bilingual English/Spanish required (read, write, and speak)
