LINK Staffing is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operation in Cypress, TX. You'll ensure that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently, accurately, and on time—keeping production on track and customers satisfied.
Job Highlights:
- Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time | Day shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update open order reports to support on-time delivery
- Package shipments with accurate labeling, documentation, and compliance
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory traceability
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain Kan-Ban stock and manage held-for-release orders
- Communicate with production and sales teams about expedite requests
- Pull and stage materials for production, ensuring traceability
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
- Support non-conforming inventory management and return processes
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control (required)
- Familiarity with shipping documentation and inspection processes (preferred)
- Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Experience with warehouse management systems and shipping software
- Knowledge of ISO standards and traceability documentation is a plus
