Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Near IAH Airport (North Houston)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily production workflow for vulcanized cord orders

Track and prioritize incoming orders based on deadlines and capacity

Serve as the liaison between sales and production to update job statuses and lead times

Support hands-on tasks like prepping, cutting, bonding, and inspecting cord materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Report bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Requirements:

Comfortable with physical production tasks

Strong organizational and time management skills

Able to multitask and work under time-sensitive conditions

Basic computer skills for order tracking and communication

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
