Responsibilities
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist in securing trucks and yard racks under supervision
Operate hand tools and equipment (grinders, hammers, pressure washers, brooms)
Support multiple departments with flexible work assignments
Maintain yard or shop cleanliness and organization
Complete all tasks accurately, safely, and on time
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (must provide documentation)
Must pass background check and complete 5-hour safety orientation
Resume submission required
Reliable transportation required
Previous pipe yard or pipe grinding experience is a plus
Skills & Physical Demands
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Physically fit with good hand/eye coordination
Able to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks in a physically demanding setting
Basic math, reading, and communication skills
Basic computer skills a plus
Comfortable working in confined spaces and around heavy equipment vibrations
PPE Required: Must wear steel-toe boots at all times
