Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Daily Responsibilities
Conduct facility walkthroughs and enforce PPE and safety standards
Monitor wastewater systems, storm drains, and emission point pressures
Respond to environmental issues (leaks, spills, waste levels)
Operate wastewater dryer and support lab operations and chemical documentation
Weekly Responsibilities
Inspect eyewash stations and spill kits
Maintain wastewater systems and clean filter press
Perform lab chemical analysis (chrome, nickel)
Provide support to satellite locations
Monthly Duties
Inspect fire extinguishers and update emergency plans
Track amp hours and environmental logs
Conduct ISO 14001:2015 training sessions
Quarterly/Semi-Annual Duties
Lead hazardous waste inspections and water sampling
Support stormwater and RCRA compliance checks
Assist with ISO and internal audits
Annual Duties
Schedule fire system, crane, and boiler inspections
Manage city/state regulatory reporting (STEERS, renewals)
Lead ISO 14001:2015 certification audits
Additional Responsibilities
Serve as Emergency Coordinator and EMS Representative
Maintain hazardous waste profiles and ensure compliance labeling
Train staff on emergency response and hazmat procedures
Conduct root cause investigations and track corrective actions
Requirements
High school diploma or GED (technical/HSE training preferred)
Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015, RCRA, DOT, and TCEQ regulations
Must pass respirator fit test and wear PPE
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined/high-risk spaces
Strong documentation and communication skills
High attention to detail and accountability
