Shift
Monday - Thursday 7 am - 4:15 pm, Friday 7 am - 12 pm
Pay
$20-26/hr dependent on experience
Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain winding equipment.

Use TIG/MIG welding techniques to secure wires, coils, and lugs.

Store materials and finished products properly.

Complete production tasks within deadlines.

Handle necessary paperwork, including production orders and quality assurance reports.

Report defective machinery or products to management promptly.

Monitor and report stock deficiencies in raw materials or supplies.

Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Follow manufacturing manuals to ensure accurate machinery assembly.

Transfer completed coils manually or using forklifts.
Skills and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of hand and power tools

Prior experience in a production environment compliant with OSHA standards.

Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and team player
-
TIG/MIG welding experience.

Forklift certification for operating equipment up to 5,000 lbs.

Solid understanding of production equipment and the ability to identify potential mechanical issues.
