Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify prospects based on ideal customer profiles and business criteria.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve lead generation strategies.

• Prepare and present customized proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Represent the company and brand with professionalism and integrity in all engagements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
