Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lab Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and the ability to follow procedures accurately. Training will be provided, and you will have ongoing support from a Quality Assurance Consultant via WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain plastics testing equipment, including:
Ash Determination Muffle Oven
Analytical Balance (Electronic Scale)
Densimeter (Density Meter)
Plastometer (Melt Flow Measurement)
Microscope
Record and report all test results using Excel spreadsheets
Communicate test outcomes via email and Dropbox
Participate in virtual meetings via WhatsApp when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality standards
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
Strong administrative and computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox
Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures
Reliable and able to work full-time on-site
