The Operations Jobsite Coordinator is responsible for keeping an accurate and up to date job log of all ongoing jobs and their expected completion dates. The Operations Jobsite Coordinator will finalize pick up times and quantities being returned to warehouse personnel to execute timely equipment pick up. This position requires constant communication with onsite end users to ensure we are picking up equipment upon job completion before the fracturing operations have left site and ensuring items picked up matches what is received by the warehouse. This position will also assist and support in the location of any lost equipment when necessary.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Operations Jobsite Coordinator is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

• Track, adjust, and distribute upcoming job delivery dates.

• Work with warehouse to dispatch drivers as needed as well as ensuring appropriate resources are available to execute the tasks.

• Manage ongoing job log and maintain start and expected completion dates and distribute to operations and sales to update sales orders.

• Communicate to end users (company men, engineers, onsite supervisors etc.) to get frequent updates on job completions, dates/time for pickup, and returning quantities.

• Prepare pickup tickets based on what is returning and coordinate with warehouse personnel for pick up along with providing all required documents for driver.

• Communicate with onsite operations and Sales personnel during pick-ups/drop-offs to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Request final field tickets from Sales to get signed on location and provide to drivers to get signed.

• With ongoing work, check in on due dates for next pad work and provide warehouse with information to update sales orders.

• Work closely with drivers, hands, and site contacts on location when tickets do not match returning equipment.

• Reconcile field tickets post return.

• Follow-up with company men and site contacts to locate and recover lost equipment.

• Work with accounting and sales to reconcile outstanding tickets.

• When required, back fill on equipment pick up and field ticket signing in the field.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures.

• Perform other functions and responsibilities as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The Operations Jobsite Coordinator must at a minimum possess the following:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in operations and/or Customer Service in oil and gas and/or manufacturing.

• General oilfield completion background/services/manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge of fracking, coil tubing, and/or wireline is preferred.

• Skilled in attention to detail.

• Clean driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three (3) years.

• Ability to liaise professionally with team members, system users, and current or potential customers.

• Strong communication skills.
