Job Description: Link Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our client, a rapidly growing Texas-based Water Utility Operations Company, based in the Greater Houston area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations within a call center environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Handle general correspondence related to customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure environmental compliance standards are met.
Coordinate dispatch activities efficiently.
Manage billing, collection, and customer service processes.
Handle client billing matters effectively.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain composure and professionalism during peak demand periods.
Participate actively in group discussions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office OneDrive.
Experience with AVR Water Billing System, Net Facilities & Service Fusion Work Order Program, and any Public Works | Water Utility CMMS.
Familiarity with Birdnest Data Management and GIS software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Direct experience with water utility operations companies
Proficient in English and Spanish
