Job Description: Link Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our client, a rapidly growing Texas-based Water Utility Operations Company, based in the Greater Houston area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations within a call center environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handle general correspondence related to customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Ensure environmental compliance standards are met.

  • Coordinate dispatch activities efficiently.

  • Manage billing, collection, and customer service processes.

  • Handle client billing matters effectively.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain composure and professionalism during peak demand periods.

  • Participate actively in group discussions and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office OneDrive.

  • Experience with AVR Water Billing System, Net Facilities & Service Fusion Work Order Program, and any Public Works | Water Utility CMMS.

  • Familiarity with Birdnest Data Management and GIS software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Direct experience with water utility operations companies

  • Proficient in English and Spanish
