Looking for Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technicians 2nd and 3rd Shifts

  • Monitor air and vacuum system

  • Check equipment and perform PM duties on daily, weekly, etc. basis

  • Repair machines as necessary

  • Address building electrical and plumbing issues as requested

  • Rebuild cylinders and pumps

  • Utilizing forklift as necessary

  • Ensure the integrity of Company products by incorporating and complying with applicable maintenance standards and specifications.

  • Foster interdepartmental and vendor communication and collaborations to more effectively and efficiently address maintenance issues.

  • Electrical experience, pneumatic and plcs

Qualifications
Education/Certifications
• High School Diploma/GED
• Forklift license preferred
Experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience required
• 6-10 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Intrapersonal Skills - Self-motivated and able to identify, examine, and resolve issues independently from others. Hold a strong regard for guidelines, procedures and integrity.

  • Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

  • Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

  • Technical — In-depth knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical best practices.

  • Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Tools include: wrenches, sockets, grinders, saws, drill press, mills

  • Verbal & Written Communication Skills – This position requires basic skills (Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.)

  • Math Skills – This position requires intermediate skills (calculate figures/discounts, proportions, area, etc.)

  • Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
