We are looking for experience warehouse clerks for shipping and receiving in Kenosha for 1st and 2nd shift
Shift hours
1st – 7am -3pm
2nd – 3pm -11pm
Payrate: will be $20.00 (1st and 2nd)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have the ability read, write and speak English.
• Certified fork truck driver within the past 3 years preferred
• 1+ years of experience is preferred
• Good manual dexterity
• Great attendance
• Basic troubleshooting skills and basic math skills. (addition, subtraction, percents)
• Working knowledge of basic computer functions, OSHA regulations and standards, ISO 9001 standards.
TASKS AND DUTIES:
• Receive, inspect and count all incoming materials, supplies and customer products.
• Return unused supplies to their assigned location.
• Learn and utilize the defined warehouse zones.
• Remove, and replace product to the correct location using a scanner and IQMS tools. Ensuring all transactions are in the database. (IQMS) o Maintain 100% accuracy level on control of inventory both WIP and finished goods.
• Use FIFO “first in and First out,” method, ensuring correct labeling and accurately counted and neatly stored in appropriate areas.
• Ensure product is labeled properly (checking serial and batch numbers) and in good condition. Replace defective items.(IQMS)
• Use fork truck, pallet jacks to load shipments safely and efficiently on vehicles.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, ensuring materials are scanned using bar-coding scanner to track the movement of products and material from locations, including in/out of inventory. (IQMS)
• Report any out-of-spec conditions immediately, (forklifts, semi, pallet jacks, boxes, pallets, etc.)
• Participate in physical inventory checks, and cycle counts as required o Participate in ensuring total facility safety, and housekeeping regulations.
• Operate the forklift and pallet jacks safely and successfully.
• Follow all company policies and procedures provided in the handbook including Good Manufacturing practices (GMPs), and manufacturer recommendations for auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain company equipment, tools and supplies in good condition. Follow maintenance/red tag procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is completed consistently, accurately and in a timely manner.
