Part-Time Custodian
Labor Solutions is currently hiring for a property owned and managed by an almost 200-year-old charitable organization, We are looking for a part-time Custodian to join our team and maintain a 200-unit apartment complex in Grandview, MO.
Hours- 8am-1pm Mon-Fri (some flexibility)
Pay-$14/hr
Custodian Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the general cleanliness and appearance of the property
Disinfect commonly used items
Maintain inventory, supply rooms, common goods
Clean bathrooms, hallways and stairwells
Custodian Job Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds daily
- Must regularly use standard custodial equipment
