Maintenance Technician
Labor Solutions is currently hiring for a property owned and managed by an almost 200-year-old charitable organization, We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join out team and help maintain. the property and grounds of a 200-unit apartment complex in Grandview, MO. Entry level role but some experience required.
Hours- 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Pay-$16/hr
Maintenance Tech Responsibilities
- Manage routine and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Complete maintenance requests reported from tenants.
- Keep up with property grounds and apartment turn over.
Maintenance Tech Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in the maintenance field required.
- Knowledge and proficiency in facility related skills and tools.
