We are offering $23.00/hour.

 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Hours:  Monday – Saturday 2:00pm – Finish

***Everyone gets Sunday off and 1 random weekday off***

 

Job description:

 

  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production team members working in a fast-paced and safe environment 
  • Supervisor must ensure employees are inspecting, cutting, washing and packaging products properly according to company procedures and standards 
  • This position reports to the Operations Manager 
  • Direct, coordinate and plan facility daily activities to ensure production goals are met in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
  • Ensure standards of product quality, allergens, equipment and performance are maintained in order to maximize production
  • Make recommendations to upper management about service/purchase of equipment as needed
  • Work together with Plant supervisors and leads to maintain a positive and respectful work environment  
  • Take corrective action as necessary in a timely manner in accordance with company policy
  • Assist in external auditing SQF-Safe Quality Food requirements including various customer / 3rd party audit expectations

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of prior experience working in Food Manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of FDA, USDA Food and safety regulations and labeling knowledge
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in cold environment (32-37°F)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
