Job Summary 

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support for clients within a comfortable home setting. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Your role is essential in ensuring our clients maintain their dignity, health, and comfort. Primary duties include: 

• Personal Hygiene: Assisting with bathing, shaving, oral care, and hair/skin maintenance. 

• Daily Living: Supporting clients with toileting, dressing, and mobility/transfers. 

• Nutrition: Handling meal preparation and assisting with feeding. 

• Health & Wellness: Encouraging and assisting with light exercise routines. 

• Home Management: Performing light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe environment. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check (DPS and OIG) 

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shift 

• Ability to follow and give verbal and written instructions in English 

• Ability to comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures 

• Reliable attendance and punctuality 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 

Preferred Qualifications 

• CNA Certification preferred but not required 

• CPR Certification preferred but not required  

Physical and Mental Requirements 

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and twist for extended periods 

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull  

• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift 

• Ability to work in a standing position for most of the workday 

• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment 

• Ability to understand and follow instructions, safety rules, and procedures 

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments 

• Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making related to safety and task execution
