About the Role:

Kodiak seeks a driven Regional Account Executive to market our direct hire and craft staffing services to Gulf Coast Area heavy industrial and large-scale commercial contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Management: Secure new business and nurture existing relationships within key sectors, including oil & gas, institutional, power, mission-critical, etc.

• Consultative Sales: Provide tailored recruitment and staffing solutions that align with client needs.

• Candidate Placement: Work with Kodiak’s recruiting teams to ensure the right professionals are placed in the right roles.

• Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain Kodiak’s competitive edge.

• On-Site Engagement: Regularly visit client sites to build relationships and address needs.

• Safety First: Prioritize the well-being of Kodiak’s craft professionals.
