To Qualify:

• Must have a background check and drug test completed

• Must have a working knowledge of electrical and plumbing issues

• Must have knowledge of building repair

• Must be able to stand, lift, reach and bend for extended periods of time

• Must be able to left and move appliances, furniture, boxes

• Must have knowledge of power tools, hand tools

Responsibilities:

Repair, assemble or replace furniture or appliances: clean, inspect and test appliances

Routine preventative maintenance of Housekeeping utility vehicles (golf carts) e.e battery levels, battery terminals, tires.

Routine preventative maintenance of A/C ie change filters, clean a/c closet, check thermostats

Monthly check of egress lights, outside lights, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors;

Simple repairs on porches ie screens, door hinges, cylinders, handles

Plumbing and toilet repairs including clogged pipes

Pressure wash buildings and sidewalks

Police grounds

unload and stock inventory

Check and clean washing machines, dryers, and venting

Replace light bulbs outside/inside lighting

Move boxes of records and or shred them in a commercial shredder

Basic apartment or house maintenance issues

Troubleshoot maintenance issues

Anything else assigned
