Setup Operator TEST: The test will focus on using a measuring tape and attention to detail Between 9am-1:30 daily - Perform setups of major complexity and must safely operate assigned machinery (machinery includes: Huth, Eagle, Vertical Sander, Bench Grinder, Tube Notcher, and Flare Machine). Must perform complex adjustments and secure workpieces/products in holding device. Perform changeovers, preventative maintenance, quality tests, and moderate repairs. Adjusts controls to set and regulate machining factors, such as pressure, rollers, blade angle, and machine speed. Effectively train Machine Operators on the safe operation of assigned machinery. Must demonstrate good housekeeping practices. Ability to rotate to all functional areas. Report existing or potential machine problems to a coach or supervisor. Other duties as assigned
