Our client in Voorhees, New Jersey is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their team. This is a Direct Hire position, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 day of remote flexibility. Pay range is $60,000–$80,000, based on experience.
Job Description:
- Provide initial end-user technical support and efficiently troubleshoot to resolve client issues on all products
- Coordinate and perform product installations remotely
- Perform product application training to end-user clients
- Participate in “On Call” (after hours) client support rotation schedule
- Create, implement, and test custom data workflows and scripts within client environments using products and tools
- Provide technical sales support to sales staff; assist in product demonstrations and sales calls
- Contribute to internal product meetings on product integration, functionality, and issue resolution
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experienced in Windows Server setup, support, and management
- Experienced in computer system architecture and workflow management
- Experienced in .NET
- Experience with XML, HTML, JSON
- Experience with IIS and Web services
- Well versed in computer networks, TCP/IP, TLS, and SSL protocols
- Strong understanding of MS/SQL, RDBMS
- Familiar with Radiology, PACS, Medical Imaging workflows, and Healthcare Informatics
- Experience with DICOM
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AD and LDAP
- Familiar with Radiology, PACS, RIS, Medical Imaging workflows, and Healthcare Informatics
- Experience with HL7
- C++, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, VB Script, Powershell
- Experience with VPNs, Firewalls, and network security
