Our client in Williamstown, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support operations. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, offering $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. The schedule for this position is 3-4 days per week, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.


Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing project bids and submittals
  • Handling certified payroll and rental property documentation
  • Collecting and posting rent payments into QuickBooks
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Managing billing tasks, including AIA billing (helpful but not required)
  • Performing general administrative duties using Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a construction office environment
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (training available)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
