Our client in Williamstown, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support operations. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, offering $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. The schedule for this position is 3-4 days per week, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing project bids and submittals
- Handling certified payroll and rental property documentation
- Collecting and posting rent payments into QuickBooks
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Managing billing tasks, including AIA billing (helpful but not required)
- Performing general administrative duties using Microsoft Word and Excel
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a construction office environment
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (training available)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
