Job Summary

We are currently working with a client that provides manufacturing, assembly, converting, and printing services to customers from many industries. Process engineering, project management, cost containment, and inventory control are key aspects of their business.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed production goals for safety, quality, scrap, and efficiency

• Ensures company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction are met or exceeded

• Responsible for packing quality parts and Quality at the Source

• Maintains clean workstation and continuously practices housekeeping standards

• Wears required PPE at all times

• Identities potential workplace hazards and reports concern immediately to leadership

• Performs rework duties

• Maintain good attendance and be in good standings with point system

• Performs all other assignments as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (preferred but not required)

• Basic English reading ability and comprehension

• Able to lift 40lbs. up to shoulder height daily

• Push, pull, bend, twist, and stoop on an on-going basis

• Good hand and wrist dexterity

• Stand and walk for entire shift

Work Environment

• A position as a machine operator is required to conduct business on the manufacturing floor. While performing the duties of a machine operator, the employee may work near moving mechanical parts and could be exposed to chemical or electrical shock risk. The facility is climate controlled and very comfortable to work in throughout the year.

1st Shift - Mon - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
