Infinity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of shop workers. Ideal candidate will have knowledge with carpentry work. Band saws, panel saws and table saws preferred plus bilingual in Spanish. This is a full time permanent position working with a small dedicated team on the southwest side of town. Great, clean and laid back environment.

Hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:00am to 4:30 pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
Place production orders from customers
Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Delivery of materials.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
Knowledge of production tools and equipment
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
