Infinity Staffing Solutions is looking for a motivated and reliable blow molder operator with previous operator experience to fill a temp-to-hire position. There are monthly bonuses available upon hire that you won't want to miss out on!


Pay Rate: $18/hr

Shift/Schedule: 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) initial few weeks of training will be on 1st shift, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and operates blow molding machine to mold plastic products according to specifications

  • Closes chamber to mold product under heat and pressure

  • Moves machine controls to set timing unit and temperature of heating unit and start automatic material circuit

  • Turns valves to start flow of water and release air pressure to machine

  • Removes product from mold after timing device opens mold

  • Inspects the quality of the product

  • Trims excess material from product using a knife

  • Scraps/regrinds excess material

  • Maintains a clean machine and surrounding areas

  • Keeps stock of materials and products for machine/equipment and replenishes as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Blow mold, machine, or line lead experience preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Can read, write, and speak English

  • Can stand and concentrate for extended periods

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Can withstand manufacturing working conditions

  • Bend, stoop, walk, and stand consistently for extended periods

  • Can reach within hands and arm's length
