Pay Rate: Depending on experience

Schedule/Shift:  8am-5pm  Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming payments, recording them accurately, and applying them to the correct customer accounts
  • Regularly balancing cash receipts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, and ensuring accounts are up-to-date.
  • Contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment reminders, and resolving any billing inquiries.
  • Monitoring accounts for overdue payments and initiating collection efforts.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions, payment statuses, and communication with customers.
  • Preparing reports on cash receipts, collections, and outstanding balances as needed

Qualifications

  • Must have five years or more of Collections/AR experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • Reliable transportation to the office
  • Ability to work assigned shifts in an office setting
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn new skills
  • Must be used to working in a really fast-paced environment
