Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring smooth processes from receiving to shipping. The Warehouse Floor Manager will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing best practices, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow and minimize errors.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counting and reconciliation.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.

• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and fulfill customer orders on time.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.

• Evaluate and improve warehouse layout and storage utilization.

• Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to manage inbound and outbound shipments.



Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.



Expectations:

· Create a cohesive warehouse environment that promotes teamwork within and across departments to achieve company goals.


· Maintain Service Levels for all facets of the operation (outbound, inbound, cycle counts, etc.)


· Identify and coach high/low performers.


· Identify, report, and work with upper management to correct operational issues.


· Engage with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and understand their goals.


· Execute operational requirements with minimal supervision.
