Schedule: 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM), 2-3-2 schedule

Responsibilities
-
Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
-
Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
· Test a certain percentage of all products and raw materials based on industry standards in a laboratory
environment
· Report problems related to our QEHS policy to senior management
· Work in our quality assurance division
· Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
· Inspect or measure materials or products in production
· Operate inspection equipment
· Accept or reject finished or raw products
· Remove all product and /or materials that fail to meet specifications
· Report inspections and test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quality
Qualifications

· High School diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred
· Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
· 2 years of experience testing in a lab setting
· In-depth understanding of company standards preferred
· Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Keen attention to detail
· Basic computer and math skills
· Ability to use measuring devices
· Documentation and reporting skills
· Teamwork and collaboration
· Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
