Pay rate: $23.00/hour

Responsibilities
Load reactors with materials (chemicals) in various stages
Monitor and observe process to ensure the flow of process is not interrupted
Monitor control boards that control process temperatures to meet specifications
Perform sampling and testing on hot resin to ensure products meet specifications
Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris
Responsible for moving materials to staging areas
Assist other departments as needed; cross-training provided
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of blending/mixing/batching experience
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
General math
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Drug Screen and Background required.
