Are you tired of working out on the floor? Infinity Staffing Solutions is growing and in need of a part-time office administrator on the southwest side of Indianapolis. The Office Administrator will work closely with the Customer Service Representative at the front desk of a Manufacturing plant.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Shift/Schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The office admin is expected to be flexible with their schedule, allowing for extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and other individuals as they enter our office
Answer and transfer phone calls
Filing and scanning paperwork
Assist with month end inventory
Maintain excellent relationship with all candidates, employees, and management
Review timecards and other data entry functions
Coordinate company events and lunches
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
Strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System
Outgoing and approachable personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Multi-tasking abilities
Needs to be highly organized with great attention to detail
