Be a part of a growing 3PL company located in Indianapolis! Infinity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.  


Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Schedule: 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer needs

  • Perform quality checks to ensure products are in good condition

  • Create packaging that enhances the unboxing experience

  • Optimize shipping processes to meet customer expectations for delivery speed

  • Provide customers with accurate tracking information

  • Keep customers informed about the status of their order

  • Handle returns efficiently to lower return rates

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a business with their fulfillment center

  • Responsible for providing continuity for day-to-day account matters

  • Work with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience

  • Logistics or Warehouse experience preferred

  • Computer and Micorosoft Office Suite proficiency

  • Friendly and people-oriented

  • Ability to multi-task
