The receiving team member is responsible for unloading, picking, verifying, and processing all materials destined for either inventory or the Production department by using RF scanners, computer systems, and powered industrial trucks. This position is in a non-climate-controlled and noisy environment.

 

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour 

Schedule/Shift: 1st shift (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday through Fridays

Responsibilities

  • Utilize powered equipment to safely and efficiently count, pull, locate, load, unload, or transport product throughout the facility

  • Utilize RF scanners to efficiently pick items (lines) on orders while maintaining productivity requirements and accurate numbers

  • Utilize computer systems and RF scanners to receive and locate inbound items, while maintaining accurate numbers

  • Focus on quality, while ensuring the accuracy of the tasks performed by following ISO processes

 

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • 2+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution center preferred

  • Must be able to lift 70 lbs with reasonable accommodation 

  • Must be comfortable with heights

  • Must achieve powered equipment certification

  • Ability to work independently
