Pay rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities
Staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products
Ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately
Load reactors with materials (chemicals) in various stages
Monitor and observe process to ensure the flow of process is not interrupted
Monitor control boards that control process temperatures to meet specifications
Perform sampling and testing on hot resin to ensure products meet specifications
Ensure the work area is clean and free of debris
Responsible for moving materials to staging areas
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Associates degree or trade school preferred, but not required
3 years experience blending, mixing, or batching
Tenure of at least 1 year in previous positions
Comfortable with physically demanding aspects of job, including continually walking up and down 3 flights of stairs
Ability to lift 50 lbs
