Job Summary The Operations & Fulfillment Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials, finished products, and essential supplies across all sections of the facility, which is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent training and/or experience. Experience: Must have recent Inventory Management and Forklift Operator experience. Other skills and abilities required include: Strong mechanical understanding High level of attention to detail String communication skills with a focus on action Strong organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize a busy workload Ability to follow and comply with all building safety rules and policies Ability to read shipping orders and packing list information provided by vendor Must be self-motivated and team oriented Ability to read and write English Ability to wrap product and label product quickly Able to keep work area clean and organized Physical/Mental RequirementsThis section must be completed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Physical Demands: Medium Work - Lifting of 50 pounds maximum While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk (up to 8 hours a day). The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Must have full range of motion and unrestricted use of upper extremities and perform overhead reaching. Must be able to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employees lifting over 50 pounds must ask for assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is within prescribed OSHA guidance levels. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to odors associated with plastics manufacturing.
