Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership and direction to the plant operations team, including production supervisors, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance, maximize efficiency, and achieve production targets. 3. Oversee all aspects of production, including crushing, screening, washing, and stockpiling of aggregate materials. 4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 6. Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of plant equipment and machinery. 7. Implement quality control procedures to meet product specifications and customer requirements. 8. Manage plant budget and expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs, to achieve cost-effective operations. 9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. 10. Provide regular reports to senior management on plant performance, operational issues, and improvement initiatives. 11. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, productivity, and safety. 12. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among plant employees. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 2. Proven experience in a management or leadership role in the aggregates industry or a similar manufacturing environment. 3. Strong knowledge of aggregates processing equipment, production processes, and industry best practices. 4. Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental regulations, and industry standards applicable to aggregate operations. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives. 7. Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. 10. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems. 11. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
