We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our business.


Job Description: As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our range of concrete, sand, and gravel products to a diverse customer base in the Riverside county and Inland Empire. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction materials industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for concrete, sand, and gravel products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized product solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
    Physical Requirements
  • Job requires the following motions: sitting, standing, bending, squatting, lifting, stretching, twisting, pushing, and pulling.  Long periods of driving at times.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

Salary Range:$85,000.00 To 115,000.00 Annually

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • QUALIFICATIONS 4 yrs. experience with direct sales in a construction environment required +5 years of proven experience with prospecting, development of accounts and territory +5 years of proven experience with closing sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to problem solve and maintain excellent customer satisfaction Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must have a valid California driver’s license and be able to pass a physical and drug test.
