At a busy medical administrative office and multi-specialty group, the Administrative Assistant will have the below job duties.
· Greet visitors with a friendly disposition.
· Provide support to executive-level Administrative Assistants.
· Order office supplies and maintain minimum supply levels.
· Create correspondence, worksheets, presentations, mail merge, etc. from scratch.
· Must be able to simultaneously work on multiple projects, both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements: Education, Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
Education: High school diploma or GED required · A college degree is not necessary for this role.
Experience: Minimum of 1-year of office support experience · Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills · Great customer service · Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word,
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
Note: There is a software program specific to the medical industry (an electronic medical records
application) that must be learned. The person in this role will train onsite for this more specialized application.

Compensation: Once the Administrative Assistant transitions to permanent status, after the 520 required work hours have been satisfied, he or she may receive an increase in compensation, based upon performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-year plus experience in an office setting
