Dispatcher needed in a busy HVAC office. The primary responsibility is exceptional customer service. The person in this role will: - Communicate with customers to determine their HVAC needs. - Create work orders. - Schedule and notify service technicians of work order assignments using GPS tracking and dispatching software. - Receive check-in call from the service technicians. - Inform workers of the next job in which to respond. Experience: 2 years minimum as a Dispatcher; experience as a Dispatcher at an HVAC office is a plus. Skills/Attributes: Quick Service software is a plus; will train if need be; Microsoft Office Suite; excellent customer service skills; organized; dependable; and detail-oriented.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years plus experience as a Dispatcher
