Crane Operator

Our client is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment at construction sites and other industrial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to manufacturer instructions and company policies
• Inspect cranes and equipment daily to ensure proper working condition
• Communicate with construction teams using hand signals or radio communication
• Lift and move materials, machinery, or other heavy objects as required
• Maintain accurate records of lifts and equipment usage
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times
• Assist with rigging and signaling as needed

Requirements:

• Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent)
• Proven experience operating cranes (mobile, tower, overhead, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
