Deburring

1st shift Deburring/Finishing lead Monday thru Thursday 5am-3:30pm $22-24/hr

Contract manufacturer delivering metal components to Fortune 500 companies, is seeking reliable, motivated and team-minded general laborers to work in our deburring area at our St. Paul, MN facility. This position requires leadership experience, along being responsible for operating a deburring machine to perform deburring, grinding and buffing operations on metal products.

Good hand dexterity.

Understanding of basic hand inspection tools i.e. Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Indicators.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Demonstrated problem solving ability in a machine shop environment.

Good judgment and decision making skills.

Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications:

3+ plus years of precision metal finishing experience.

2 + years of experience leading a team of sheet metal operators

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Completion of an apprenticeship program, technical or trade school training program a plus.
