Position: Pack/Conv RM1 Pay Rate/Salary: $16.75 + $3 shift diff. Location: 1310 E. Thurman Rd. Lodi, CA 95240 Schedule: Tues-Sat 11pm-730am Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities: Completion of Scientific Specialties, Inc. Paulson's Mold Training Program. Repeated lifting, leveraging and carrying of up to 50 pounds for both short and longer distances on cement flooring. Repeated regular and extended sliding, twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching and reaching. Extensive standing and walking on cement (up to eight hours). Work in an enclosed area with a rather high level of noise. Ability to recognize, through sight and sound, alarm notifying employee that there is a malfunction in the machinery. Identify the problem and take the necessary steps to correct it. Accurately compare, read and record identification numbers up to “26” alphanumeric series. Use all equipment safely and with a high level of expertise. Ability to stay on task in order to insure timely and accurate completion of duties. Ability to grasp and feel product when performing inspection procedures. Ability to identify defects in the products. Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers. Regular and timely daily attendance with overtime as assigned on a regular and consistent basis. Use of the appropriate personal protective equipment; including, hairnets and gloves Transition from an indoor climate to an outdoor climate throughout the work shift Dress Code: Closed toed shoes are required (no flip flop; sandals, etc.); no frayed pants; shirts, sweatshirts. No article of clothing that is offensive or doesn't cover the body Education / Qualifications: English reading and math skills sufficient to read all technical related documents.
