Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk and Receptionist to join our team. This dual role involves managing accounts payable processes while also handling front desk reception duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review invoices
- match to packing slips-Obtain signatures on invoices as required
- Accurately enter invoices into system per company protocols
- Follow-up on missing/incomplete paperwork
- Communicate with multiple Divisions
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Answer Phones
- Bi-weekly Office Supply orders
- Daily mail distribution
Qualifications:
- Basic Excel experience
- Accounting experience and longevity in accounting role
Excellent communication - Excellent Computer skills
- Attention to Detail

- Highly organized
- Reliable and punctual
- Handle high paper volume
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of PO systems
