Position: Utility Helper Pay Rate/Salary: $18.50Location: Tracy, CASchedule: M-F 4:00AM-02:30PMJob Description: Machines are only to be operated by trained and authorized personnel. Never operate machine with missing or defective guards or emergency devices. Report machine problems to your supervisor immediately. Never remove, block or tamper with machine guards. Visually inspect your machine before start up. Always wear your required personal protective equipment (PPE). Under no circumstances should you put your hands near the nip points. Lockout/tagout procedure must be followed for any repairs or maintenance. Machine jams shall only be cleared with the machine de-energized and using proper tools to remove jammed material. Safety glasses and hearing protection are to be worn in all production areas AT ALL TIMES. Compressed air is not to be used to clean or remove dust or debris from any part of the body. Duties and Responsibilities:Assist production Machine Operators as directed. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in all production areas. Perform other duties as directed.
