HT Staffing is partnering with one of our top clients in search for a few Strong Customer Service Reps. We are hiring for the following positions: CSR Rep Hours are 8:50-5:30 M-F Bilingual CSR (must be able to read, speak, and write fluent Spanish) Hours are 10:30 PM-7:30 PM Pay is $11 an hour. We are looking for candidates that have strong communication and typing skills, along with a solid work history, professional in appearance and manner. Job Description: • Answer in-bound calls from internal and external customers • Assist customers with requests and/or problems in a polite and courteous manner • Process web and e-mail inquiries • Data entry • Complete tasks from management in a timely manner Requirements: • Candidates that are applying for the bilingual CSR must be fluent in Spanish (Speak, read, write) • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills • Type a minimum of 45 WPM- Qualified candidates will be tested on skills • Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel • Strong Customer Service experience • High school diploma or equivalent
