Warehouse Supervisor

Interested in a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor position that pays $21-$25/hour DOE?

A leading distributor in the building materials industry is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their team in Wilsonville, OR.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term potential and great benefits upon permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing materials and inventory
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Train and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity and standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform regular inventory counts and support inventory control procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM start

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems
• Construction and building supply knowledge

Pay: $21-$25/hour DOE — with growth potential
