JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows router on shop order or Non-Conformity Ticket
Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
Uses measuring tools to control machining operations
Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers.
Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors
Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications.
Preform Basic maintenance to machines, including checking and maintaining oils and fluids in machines
Makes setup sheets for new jobs and updates old setup sheets.
Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining problems
Keeps machines and work area clean and free of debris.
Able to operate forklift and other lifting devices
Follow all safety precautions and practices safe working habits. Reports all unsafe conditions and injuries to the supervisor immediately
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

G-Code
M-Code
Machine Setups for Production Runs
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Blueprint Reading
Machines & Technologies you'll use:
CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, Haas)
CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki, Samsung, Hyundai - Wia)
CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Haas)
CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
Calipers and Micrometers
Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis)
Horizontal Machining Center (5+ axis) (Mazak)
Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, with a shift differential of $1.00, and overtime is available.
$24-$30 DOE
