Vehicle Lot Specialist | Part-Time | $18/hr | Thursdays

A leading auto auction company is hiring a Part-Time Vehicle Lot Specialist to join the team! If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working outdoors, and have a passion for vehicles, this could be a great opportunity for you.

 

Schedule:

  • Thursdays | 8:00 am Start time

  • 4-8 hours shifts

  • Opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities over time

 

Vehicle Lot Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  • Check vehicles in and out of the lot and dealerships

  • Safely move and locate vehicles using a lot map

  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Deliver vehicles to dealerships

  • Assist with Sale Day operations every Thursday

 

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Taking photos of incoming vehicles and inputting key details (VIN, make, model, color, mileage)

  • Troubleshooting minor vehicle issues, including jump-starting batteries

  • Providing customer service and interacting with clients

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Comfortable moving and driving vehicles within a lot

  • Basic PC skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods
