Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process payroll and maintain employee payroll files

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and wage regulations

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding

• Assist the HR Manager with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries

• Process and track paid leave claims
