NOW HIRING: Custodial Quality Assurance Trainer
Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM start time, varied end time (8-10 hour shifts)

GLISS is seeking a Custodial Quality Assurance Trainer to ensure that all custodial sites meet customer expectations and comply with contract specifications. This role requires a professional, customer-focused individual who can supervise, train, and assess custodial employees while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with external site representatives

• Ensure customer satisfaction by verifying all contract specifications are met

• Perform inspections of custodial sites and follow up as needed

• Accurately report and submit documentation to the Division Manager in a timely manner

• Coordinate scheduling for quality inspections, vehicle inspections, and related tasks

• Prepare and conduct training sessions for custodial employees

• Maintain accurate training records

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities

• Ability to train individuals with different learning styles

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
