    Are you a maintenance professional with a strong background in janitorial, landscaping, and manufacturing? Join our team as Facilities personnel, where you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.     • Pay: $16.50+/hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

     

    Responsibilities

    • Keep the production floor swept and free of debris.

    • Clean restrooms, drinking fountains, eye wash stations, sink areas, and lunch rooms.

    • Maintain areas around the office.

    • Empty trash and cigarette cans.

    • Ensure the parking lot is clean and maintained. (Sweep the parking lot with the Zamboni, use the magnet for stray nails as time allows, pick up trash, etc.)

    • Spray weeds and landscaped areas as needed.

    • Pick up trash blown into adjacent properties.

    • Stack crib boxes and blocking, roll up cords and hoses and ensure that portable lights are available.

    • Place portable steps at building entries (typically one per floor)

    • Clean floor areas when buildings are removed from the facility.

    • Clean catwalks, aisles, and equipment.

    • Empty wood bins and trash containers.

    • Organize, clean, and sort materials for production.

    • Dump dust bags are used on dust collection systems.

    • Pick up trash, wood, sheetrock, cardboard, etc., from all work areas.

    • Fill hazardous waste containers.

    • Support production crews as directed: insulate buildings, cut blocking, and make minor repairs.

     

    Requirements

    • Ability to walk, lift, bend, stoop, and lift overhead using appropriate tools.

    • Good work ethic.

    • Must be able to be fitted with a respirator.

    • Ability to work independently and with others.

    • Must speak and understand English to conduct daily business (training, safety, job assignments, etc.).

    • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

    • Thorough knowledge of the materials, practices, methods, and tools necessary to perform the functions of the position.

    • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

    • Retain instruction/information and training/skills
