Furniture Warehouse Driver/ Installer

GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for a local furniture warehouse in Tigard, OR. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team as a Furniture Installer and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our customers through quality installations and outstanding service!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport furniture to designated locations.

• Assemble and install furniture according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service during installations, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

• Recycling old workstations

• Responsible for delivering and assembling furniture at customer locations, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Handle heavy equipment operation when necessary, ensuring safe lifting techniques are employed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role

• Must have a clean driving record

• Experience using Power tools

• Furniture Installing experience

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with furniture installation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and twist for long periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
